You can cook vegetables, desserts, and even fish to add variety to the meals you grill. That being said, it can be a little stressful to start on a completely new dish on your grill. With that in mind, here’s a guide to how you can cook your favorite fish on the grill.

Salmon

Tilapia

Season this by salt and peppering the filets and then brush it with a lemon vinaigrette. You can make it with olive oil, garlic, peppers, and lemon peel. Cook the tilapia in an aluminum foil packet for 5-6 minutes on each side. Make sure to flip the packet carefully to keep the fish from crumbling.

Tuna

Season this fish with olive oil and then rub it with salt and pepper just before grilling. It works best directly on the grill with just 3 minutes per side for medium rare. If you’re interested in smoking, consider using hickory chips for a flavor boost.
